Individual reservations
Reservation tips:
Reservations can be placed first of all through the on-line system on our website, or, after checking availability with us, by sending to fax +39 0835 256472 or info@locandadisanmartino.it:
a) credit card number and expiry date plus the CVC code on the back of the card
b) mobile phone number
c) the Hotel reserves the right to verify validity of credit card before arrival (through authorized circuit)
check in – check out:
a) check-in within from 2pm to 6pm
b) in case of delay please inform our reception at +39 0835 256600
c) check-out must be within 10:30am
cancellations:
a) no penalty will be applied in case of cancellation by fax at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival date
b) in case of cancellation by fax less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, we will withdraw full amount of the reservation. In this case the sum will be available for one year for a new reservation
c) if cacellation is not communicated and there is a no-show, the withdrawn amount will not be recuperated
d) same rules are applied for anticipated check-out dates
e) above rules are valid also for cancellations or no-shows that go beyond guests' will, example national strikes, illness, transportation delays etc.
How to Make a Group Reservation:

Options:
a) The Locanda has a minimum option period from the date of arrival, within which the group may cancel or modify the reservation with no penalty.
b) If there are cancellations or modifications after the option period and up to 15 days before arrival, a penalty of 30% will be charged.
c) If there are cancellations or modifications after the 15th day prior to arrival, there will be a charge for the entire group of rooms for the entire period confirmed after the option expiration.
The Reservation will be confirmed by sending:
a) A confirmation deposit of 30% of the total cost for the rooms reserved for the entire period.
b) A front and back photocopy of a credit card.
Means of Payment:
