Depéndance

The Depéndance is a separate building located at ca. 250/350 meters from the Locanda’s main body (not recommended for those who have difficulties walking and/or climbing stairs).

Junior Family Suite depéndance (sqm. 60) – Separate building

The Junior Family Suite Depéndances are located at ca. 280 meters from the Locanda’s main building. Traditional room in a wide cave with bathroom, shower and jacuzzi bathtub (not recommended for those who have difficulties walking and/or climbing stairs).

Junior Suite depéndances (sqm. 35) – Separate building

The Junior Suite Depéndances are located at ca. 350 meters from the Locanda’s main building. Traditional room in a cave with shared terrace overlooking the Sassi of Matera. Balcony, private terrace and jacuzzi on demand. Not recommended for those who have difficulties walking and/or climbing stairs.

Superior depéndance (sqm. 35) – Separate building

The Superior Depéndance is 250 meters on foot from the Locanda di San Martino. The rooms are traditional cave environments, overlooking the common courtyard on the Sassi di Matera. Not recommended if you have problems walking or climbing stairs.

Cave Houses

Apartments located at ca. 75 meters from the Locanda’s main building, equipped with kitchen.

Cave house 38 (sqm. 70)

Typical Sassi apartment ca. 70 sqm with indipendent access. Comprising living room, loft bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and think-tank.

Cave house 39 (sqm. 40)

Typical Sassi apartment ca. 40 sqm with indipendent access. Comprising bedroom, loft, small kitchen, bathroom.
